Personal training for all abilities
Following a detailed evaluation and consultation you will work 1 on 1 with Paul. Each session lasts a minimum of 1 hour (unless you are unable to tolerate this length of time). Paul will provide specific exercises that aim to correct any physical impairments you have as well as achieve any of your health and fitness targets.

Neuro Recovery
This is where there is a clear goal with the only goal of a client is Neuro recovery following a neurological impairment. This is different from personal training in that it is less focused on the fitness and more focused on the recovery. Both are essential for optimal quality of life but both require a different approach and focus.

Coaching
Every person who works with NMF is treated like an athlete. That doesn’t mean trained to the point of absolute exhaustion until you either build or break. More like how an athlete has every aspect of their wellbeing accounted for. At NMF we understand that personal training may not be appropriate for some but that shouldn’t stop you from training independently. Therefore in the same way a coach would coach from distance, NMF can coach you from distance:
- Online training direct to your computer or smart phone. Using an online training software you will have all your session plans available.
- Individualized Exercise Videos that you can view on your computer or smart phone to help you complete your workout.
- Personalized plan that is tailored around your needs.
- Individualized workouts for each day – Each week following liaison with Paul you will receive all your workouts that are specific to your needs for that week.
- Movement Assessment specific to your needs.
- Unlimited contact time with Paul via phone or email. All calls or emails will be returned within 12 hrs.
NMF is a fully accessible service, regardless of your level of ability, you can be coached.
