At school my physical education teacher used to always ask us what we meant by “being fit”. He would always follow this with “fit for what.”
Being Fit for Life means:
My main aim is to help you be fit for all tasks YOUR life has to offer. Whether this be to walk further, carry your shopping bags or play with the grandkids, my approach is to help you do this pain free, moving optimally and as effectively as possible. Those with a disabling condition are at a high risk of developing secondary problems and health related conditions as a result of becoming more sedentary. |
