About ME
I am a specialized personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist with over 20 years of experience in the neurological rehabilitation, fitness and exercise field.
My goal has always been to make health and exercise more accessible to people of all abilities and Neuro Move Fitness is a step towards that goal. I am obsessed with the potential for the body to change and I am inspired at the potential of human movement. Whether it be helping a person to increase strength, helping someone improve their balance or helping a client to improve their endurance, I am happiest when analyzing movement, setting goals and most importantly providing strategies to achieve those goals. |

Neuro Move Fitness is a specialized personal training service and is not intended to replace physical therapy or any other medical service. Neuro Move Fitness does not diagnose or treat and is not a medical or therapy program. Although I practiced as a Physical Therapist in the UK I am not a licensed physical therapist in the USA. My desire has been to create a service that compliments Physical Therapy but is more associated with long term health and fitness. I therefore did not pursue licensing in California.
